Introducing Marikit

Hey everyone, I’m Marikit, a 14-year-old multi-instrumentalist who loves music more than anything. 🎶

I play 9 instruments, but my main ones are singing, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, double-bass, and alto sax. 🎤🎸🎷

I made my professional debut in the 2021-2022 UK & Ireland Tour of the School of Rock, playing the role of bassist Katie. It was an amazing experience, and I got to perform in front of millions of people. 🤘🎭

At school, I’m part of the senior choir, senior chamber choir, Matthias band, sax ensemble, guitar ensemble, and big band. I love being part of these groups, and I learn a lot from my teachers and peers. 🎵🎶

Outside of school, I’m part of the Wandsworth Music Academy, Tomorrow’s Warriors, and Julian Joseph Jazz Academy. These are awesome programs that help me develop my skills and creativity in different genres of music. 🎼🎹

My mission is to create captivating music and other content that resonates with relevant yet diverse audiences, while continuously honing my musical skills and delivering memorable performances. 🙌🎧

My vision is to become a recognized and respected professional artist known for high levels of musical innovation, musicality, passion. A popular musicians’ musician. 🙏🌟
